Wellness Evaluations at Our Physical Therapy Clinic

Wellness Evaluations | Physical Therapy Clinic

Our physical therapy clinic offers Wellness Evaluations, which include time with a licensed Physical Therapist to assess muscle strengths and weaknesses, muscle tightness, posture, and any underlying problems. The evaluation includes measurements on blood pressure, heart rate, body mass index, girth measurements, cardiovascular risk factors, and other health related testing. An individualized exercise program is then developed specifically for you, your needs, and your goals. We are focused on you as an individual and helping you achieve the goals that you have set.

Wellness matters!

When a person’s wellness is heightened, so too is their ability to be productive in all phases of their life: home, work, relationships, etc. Of course, the overall sense of wellness also helps with illness and therefore decreases the need for the traditional healthcare system. In addition, this newfound health allows for a happier environment where you can be a productive member of the community, improvingyour life and the lives of others.

Exercise regularly. At least walk every day. Many studies show the benefits of simply walking. Risks for heart disease, stroke and diabetes can be reduced greatly, simply by walking daily.
